2. SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses in the United States. [CHECK: US only]

Order processing Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times Most orders arrive within 3 to 10 business days after they ship. Some products ship from overseas partner suppliers and can take longer, up to 20 business days. An estimated delivery time is shown on the product page or at checkout where available. [CHECK: delivery ranges]

Multiple packages Because we work with several partner suppliers, items in one order may ship separately, in different packages and with separate tracking numbers. You are only charged shipping as shown at checkout.

Shipping rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Address accuracy Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages If your package has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we will work with the carrier and supplier to resolve it.
